A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony on behalf of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Western Mindanao State University was held at Padungchart Room, the President’s Office on Thursday, October 29, 2015. The MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) were signed by Assistant Prof. Dr. Prayote Kupgarnjanagool; the President of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Dr. Milabel Enriquez-Ho; the President of Western Mindanao State University, Philippines.

The MOA has reaffirmed the commitment of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Western Mindanao State University to the objectives of academic cooperation including an exchange of students, faculty members, joint research activities, participation in seminars, and other academic exchanges programs agreed upon by both parties.
Through this event, SRU are honored to welcome the university executive administrators and the delegates from both universities.
