A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony on behalf of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Mandalay University was held at Padungchart Room, the President’s Office on Saturday, February 28, 2015. The MOU and MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) were signed by Assistant Prof. Dr. Prayote Kupgarnjanagool; the President of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Professor Dr. Maung Thynn; the Rector of Mandalay University, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
     The MOU has reaffirmed the commitment of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Mandalay University to the objectives of academic cooperation including an exchange of students, faculty members and/or staff, joint research activities, participation in seminars, and other academic exchanges agreed upon by both parties.
     Through this event, SRU are honored to welcome the university executive administrators and the delegates from both universities.
