A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony on behalf of Suratthani Rajabhat University and International University-Viet Nam National University was held at International University-Viet Nam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) were signed by Assistant Prof. Dr. Prayote Kupgarnjanagool; the President of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Dr. Ho Nhut Quang; the Rector of International University-Viet Nam National University.

Through this event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thongchai Kruahong; the Vice President for Academic Affairs of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Dr. Ho Nhut Quang: the Vice Rector of International University-Viet Nam National University are honored to sign the MOU as a witness.

The MOU has reaffirmed the commitment of Suratthani Rajabhat University and International University-Viet Nam National University to the objectives of academic cooperation including an exchange of students, faculty members and/or staff, joint research activities, participation in seminars, and other academic exchanges agreed upon by both parties.
