A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony on behalf of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Pannasastra University of Cambodia was held at Pannasastra University of Cambodia, Cambodia on Monday, July 11, 2016. The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) were signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thongchai Kruahong; the Vice President for Academic Affairs of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Kol Pheng, Ph.D.; the President of Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
Through this event, Assoc. Asst. Prof. Dr. Suntorn Poonead; the Vice President for Academic Services of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Dr. Sin Meng Srun: the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs of Pannasastra University of Cambodia are honored to sign the MOU as a witness.

The MOU has reaffirmed the commitment of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Asia Euro University to the objectives of academic cooperation including an exchange of students, faculty members and/or staff, joint research activities, participation in seminars, and other academic exchanges agreed upon by both parties.
Furthermore, both universities have signed the MOA to commit themselves as the co-host in the 3rd ASEAN Graduate Studies International Conference (AGSIC) in 2017.

The MOA was signed by Dr. Puangpen Churintr Dean of Graduate School of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Dr. Chhiv Thet Associate Dean of Graduate School of Pannasastra University of Cambodia. In this event, Dr. Sonchai Jaiyen Vice Dean of Graduate School of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Prof. Eng Kimsan Associate Dean of Graduate School of Pannasastra University of Cambodia are honored to sign the MOA as a witness.
