A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony on behalf of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Royal University of Phnom Penh was held at Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia on Monday, July 11, 2016. The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) were signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thongchai Kruahong; the Vice President for Academic Affairs of Suratthani Rajabhat University, and Dr. OUM RAVY; the Vice Rector for International Relations of Royal University of Phnom Penh.

The MOU has reaffirmed the commitment of Suratthani Rajabhat University and Royal University of Phnom Penh to the objectives of academic cooperation including an exchange of students, faculty members and/or staff, joint research activities, participation in seminars, and other academic exchanges agreed upon by both parties.

Through this event, the university executive administrators and the delegates from both universities have participated.
